I'm really sore and tight after the gym and the last thing on my mind is doing stretches (I usually drink my shake, bathe, eat and lie down to rest for a while). I stretch like once a month and I admit it relieves my body but it's so boring and painful.
Help me out brehs how do I motivate myself to do it? Motivation for lifting weights is easy because I get stronger and bigger. Stretching, on the other hand, is the same annoying shyt over and over. I've been struggling with this for years
