I am going to miss Treme when it is gone

Only 5 more episodes left after tonight's series finale and it hit me, when this show ends it will be a sad moment for me.

Anyone else a Treme fan?

About 7 people of all different social economic classes with a heavy focus on music and how the poor and rich are interconnected uniquely in NOLA. It also shows the simple things about Katrina that I didn't understand as well as the influence of racism of the cops.

It is sort of like a TV show version of w. somerset maugham the razor's edge, but in NOLA - about nothing yet everything.

I think the show is good now.. its just that you had to have been there from the beginning and followed all the characters to appreciate and enjoy now. It dragged I guess because they wanted you to really get attached to the characters. When they burned down gigi's I was

the white guy with the glasses look like he's going to kill himself or do something drastic.

I hope Lester Freamon makes it to the end It will be interesting to see how Bunk ends up as well and the chef lady.

I did the same, I watched the first few episodes out of respect for David Simon but I don't think it sucks, I just thought it wasn't my type of show to watch.

First 2 seasons were pretty boring...but this season it has been pretty entertaining now that you got to know the characters.

One of my favorites. There's not many shows where the characters everyday lives are so fleshed out like this. The only thing it's missing is a plot but it's not about that at all so alot of people gave up on it.

David Simon is brilliant and I'm going to miss this show alot when it finishes.

i watched the first season but thought it dragged on too long and it had characters i really didn't give a fukk about. might try season 2 at some point but it's not something i am looking for
