My momma made me a homemade apple pie for my birthday and my gf broke up with me on the same day.

I ain't even mad I'm liberated :blessed:

I haven't been this excited to tackle a obstacle ever in my life because I know Ima murder that shyt.

I'm going to indulge in every high I can this weekend and when Sunday night hits we getting to work.

First day wasn't bad.

Started eating at 11am

I ate clean the entire day and made sure I drank plenty of water. Only thing other than that that I had was tea.

Did 45 minutes of suicides.


I can feel the power :noah:


But I'm hungry as shyt :sadbron:

Late update from yesterday.

So my friend swears up and down that yoga is good for conditioning. So I spent yesterday doing yoga for 45 minutes.

Brehs I was cramping up like shyt :damn:

Can't lie I low key felt great afterwards though.

I am really impatient so it forced me to kind of sit in the moment.

I ate a ton of veggies I had a seafood quesadilla.

It had a ton of cheese on it. I ate half and tossed it :hhh:


Today I will be lifting focusing on chest arms and back.

I've been slacking with my updates but so far so good.

I realized that I can def get back into the groove of things just by being consistent.


Can anyone give me advice on how to lower abs I have 4 right now that our decent but I really want a six pack.

Should I just continue doing cardio?

And I do yoga twice a week for conditioning is that too much?

i could really use some weed right now. Is there any clinically studies that suggest that weed can hinder your performance? I heard it can give you titties :mjcry:
