It has been a tough couple years for Gabe...he is on like a 4-5 fight losing streak isn't he?
Win, lose or draw I think he needs to go back down to light-middleweight and try to get a shot at K9 Bundrage for that belt K9 is keeping warm. The middleweight division has not been kind to him.

Dulorme is creeping up towards his title shot at 140, and if he beats Lundy, I wouldnt be surprised to see Vargas vs Dulorme coming soon (that is if Vargas doesnt get the Pacquiao fight)

that's because 2013 had that little drought in jan-feb with the cancellations and shyt...cats were simply biding their time before Rios-Alvarado 2

most of us watched that card because we were fiending for boxing period lol...boxing - the theater of the unexpected

He said the cut killed him in the Charlo fight. He did make the weight but looked pretty much useless in the fight. How much of that actually had to do with the cut and how much had to do with Charlo being a far more talented boxer? IDK, but I doubt he goes back to 154

Anyway, I would say Gabe has just run into some bad luck the past few years. He ran into a buzzsaw and although he took the beating of a lifetime, he's the only GGG opponent to not touch the canvas in years. After that, he got robbed imo vs. J'Leon, the fight was overturned anyway but it should be a win on his record, not a no-contest. I thought he came back from an early knockdown very well against Quillin and was coming on strong before the cut.

It's unfortunate that BKB fight doesn't count on his pro record cause he fukking embarrassed Vera.
