Somebody said this on here before and I think it's plausible...Snoop was probably high, saw some brehs that looked like NY/East Coast dudes that he didn't know and just assumed they were Nas people.
Yeah just based on the negative/paranoid energy that was going on at that time it's safe to assume both sides would have been ready for anything. That's why the end result was so dope.
