He would ve great during the cruiserweight division of wcw i can literally see him in there but he also would probably work in the new cruiserweight class
I was at a sesh (kind of like a farmers market but for weed, oil, edibles, etc.) in San Bernardino and they had this like stoner fed performing and human tornado was one of the wrestlers. Felt bad cause there was only like 20 people watching the wrestling
