lakewood draws like 17,000 people to every service, even if that was one service of tithes thats 35 dollars per head.

my calculations thats 13 dollars tithe per person, considering again the worship leader isa millionaire platinum selling artist, and the church has millionaires in its congregation.
oh no look at the greedy church that draws 44,000 people and 600,000 in tithes which is like 13 dollar a head.
while the athiest brigade says nothing about the nfl team drawing 90,000 and not paying taxes while not giving back to the community and its brand new sparkling stadium paid for on a extra tax that the taxpayers have to pay

Churches should be taxed on sales. Not on donations. I've always said that...or if i haven't said that here I've said it other places. "And none of this for a small donation you get..." i hate that shyt. That's not a dontation that's a sale. We had one of the elders in my church want to start doing that had to argue to have it 
like the bs it was.
As for the church.
I don't necessarily agree 100% with their gospel of riches but at the same time there's nothing wrong with trying to get people to think positively and Joel, from what i've seen, does a good job at that. If people want to donate that money then so be it that's their right. Ultimately a good chunk of that money would have been used to help people who need it, poor, homeless, sick, etc, etc. The thief stole from those people as much as they did from the church.

How hard is it to get into this exclusive church? How much do you have to pay to join and use those facilities? Do they have any members from that "hood"part that benefit or could benefit if they wanted? How many tax dollars did they spend on that?
