I was thinking about kidnapping the person, cutting his/her arms and legs off, but making sure he/she doesn't bleed to death, and taking his/her torso and setting it on the ledge of a very high building. and just leaving him/her there.

get someone like a convicted child rapist or some shyt, and then take a sledge hammer to their feet and mash it til its like mashed potatos. just a mush of pulverized bones, foot meat, blood etc. then set their feet in a cast or mold shaped like a square or rectangle, so their feet heal into the shape of a brick, rendering their feet useless.

then do the same with their hands.
