Just as it was just getting good
While Anthony Davis is considered is the clear #1 and the best asset for a team to build around, how would everyone else stack this year's prospects?

Tier 1 - Franchise Altering Talent
Tier 2 - Perennial All-Star (at least 4-6x), future starter for a title contender
Tier 3 - Sure fire All-Star (at least 1-2x in the career), future contributor for a title contender
Tier 4 - Borderline All-Star, long time starter in the league
Tier 5 - Borderline Starter, long time 6th man caliber bench player
Tier 6 - Borderline 6th man, long time reliable bench player
Tier 7 - Borderline bench player

I would say a long time being at least 5 years.

What about UNC was holding Harrison Barnes back? He's shown flashes and clearly has the physical specs to dominate. For a guy who could never live up to the hype it's hard for me to group him with those other guys who are dominant defenders or #1 offensive options for their squads
