How would you rate my diet?

I'm currently 196lbs now with a gut and chubby face but slowly trying to get rid of the fat whilst building some muscle. i do weightlifting as well as cardio. anyway, that out of the way, this is what i'm currently eating.

6am(right before gym)
3 eggs
fruit

9am
2 protein shakes with creatine and glucosamine
oats
fruit

12pm
salad with brown rice and chicken
fruit

3pm
salad with brown rice and chicken
fruit

7pm
vegetable soup with chicken
fruit

9pm
2 protein shakes with peanut butter
fruit

What y'all think? too much? too little for my aims?

Without knowing what your basic caloric requirements are it's going to be difficult to for anyone to give you much feedback.

If you need 2700 cals as maintenance and all that adds to 3100 it would seem to be opposite your goals.

You listed no portion sizes or calorie counts, so I automatically rate it a D+

For comparison, I would rate a calorie controlled McDonalds-only diet higher than your clean diet

Point is, we need some calorie totals. If you can eat those same foods at about 2000 calories I would rate it an A for weight loss

you are doing good just get rid of the fruit or at least cut it in half. Too much sugar and carbs
