He was in the wrong place and the wrong time. Had a hippie gimmick when he was a good guy that the crowd didn't fukk with, then by the time he turned heel and did an environmentalist gimmick he was the guy they would have put over the new big names they signed.

I don't care about New Japan but I've heard his promos are good over there because he cusses a bunch and talks all sorts of crazy shyt, so I don't know how that would translate to American TV but at least he gets to make $ being the photographer for Toni Storm's OnlyFans these days

Have him start hanging out outside the arena of RAW and Smackdown begging Adam Pearce for a job. He looks all dissheveled and messed up like when Matt Borne did the Borne Again character in ECW, says after he left WWE his partying got out of control and he needs to get back on his feet. All the rosebuds are gone except the easter bunny and he's all dirty looking. He said he wants to be a cautionary tale for young wrestlers and he just wants to help out.

Gunter and Kaiser are walking backstage one episode and stumble onto him sitting there just downing booze and looking all depressed passing the bottle back and forth w/ the bunny. They make fun of him for being a broke loser just like all the fans and Gunther whoops his ass. Gunther says if he wants a contract so bad his first match has to be against him, so he can make an example out of him. They do the match for the IC title and the bunny interferes to help Rose win by rollup or something.

Have him go on a lil winning streak after that n he starts to get his confidence back and the Rosebuds come back and all that. Eventually U can have the bunny be someone from NXT who turns on Rose to cost him the IC title and debut as a heel

 

[Reality Check]

Have him appear in catering looking at the IC title. When Walter isn't paying attention, Rose takes the title and runs about 5 feet until he bumps him into Brock Lesnar. Lesnar F5's him into a shipping box. Box is closed, and a "Property of Impact" sticker is placed on the box, and he's never seen again by any wrestling fans.
