The only way to answer that question is to assume that Rev. Wright had an outsize influence on Obama when it came to his legislative goals and then look at what he did as an Illinois State Senator and then as a U.S. Senator.
His biggest legislative accomplishment that I recall reading about from when he was a stste senator was the TANF program (an offshoot of the Clinton welfare restructuring) and as a US Senator tended to just go along with Dem sponsored bills and his own sponsorship record wasn't anything to crow about.
I personally think we would have gotten the exact same Obama whether Wright hadn't been banished in the primary or not and more than likely Wright would have gotten tossed aside for being too outspoken and a possible weakness for Republicans to exploit just like the Obama Admin did to Van Jones.

Obama used Wright for votes. That was the plan all along.

The sooner some of you realize this, the happier you'll be.

 We all know this, but this is a hypothetical question.

The dynamic of Rev Wright's outspokenness combined with Obama's laid back approach is a huge strategic clash (with Fox News continuing to use Wright as a 'thorn' in his side).

I beg to differ, some things would go down different maybe more racially charged :yeshrug: (not saying that's a good or bad thing).
