The only way to answer that question is to assume that Rev. Wright had an outsize influence on Obama when it came to his legislative goals and then look at what he did as an Illinois State Senator and then as a U.S. Senator.
His biggest legislative accomplishment that I recall reading about from when he was a stste senator was the TANF program (an offshoot of the Clinton welfare restructuring) and as a US Senator tended to just go along with Dem sponsored bills and his own sponsorship record wasn't anything to crow about.
I personally think we would have gotten the exact same Obama whether Wright hadn't been banished in the primary or not and more than likely Wright would have gotten tossed aside for being too outspoken and a possible weakness for Republicans to exploit just like the Obama Admin did to Van Jones.
