It's about the mid point of the year with Summerslam next month so I'm interested in seeing y'all predictions for what Cokeboy has laid out for the year leading up to Wrestlemania 34.
I don't watch week to week. I pop in for the big PPV's and keep up to date basically through podcasts when I get the chance and TSC of course so I figured it would be interesting to see what a casual like me thinks may happen Vs the people who keep up weekly.
I'm just going off the big PPV's remaining and tossing in any big storylines I see possibly happening.
Raw Main Events @ Summerslam
- Lesnar Vs Braun (Universal Title)
(I feel like this is where Vince & Co always wanted to go but I bounced between picking Braun and Balor but Reigns needs a opponent for SSlam. Depending on how the Joe/Lesnar match goes I feel like a rematch could also be a option there too.)
Reigns Vs Balor
(We've seen this before but I'm not sure on this but who else is there for a Reigns? I'm holding off on Reigns/Cena for a later PPV. )
Smackdown Main Events @ Summerslam
-Jinder Vs Cena (WWE Title) (Jinder has been feuding with Klandy for awhile so this shyt can't make it until SSlam...right?? Cena is the only other option. Corbin cash in on the winner? )
-AJ Vs Shinsuke
(See Brock/Finn explanation....I would like to see a title involved in this match but I won't complain. Would actually prefer them hold off and give this a proper build up to WM)
Survivor Series:
Seth Rollins Vs Brock Lesnar (Universal Title)
WWE 2K18 will be releasing or have released by then so I expect Seth to start being heated back up. A proper Seth/Brock match??
Cena Vs Nakamura?
(I caught a clip of Cena's promo on YouTube saying he would be bouncing from show to show. Cena is obviously on limited time so I see a couple of his dream matches maybe getting knocked out.)
I honestly have no idea who will have the WWE Title at this time. Cena will be bouncing between shows but he's Cena so who knows? Jinder's run is not acting this long. Corbin may or may not have cashed in yet.
Royal Rumble Winner: Balor
I will throw in Nakamura and Rollins as possibles. I see it possible all three get major pushes by the end of this year.

(Balor push will go into overdrive around Rumble time. A great David Vs Goliath match at Mania with Balor going over. Will Lesnar resign with WWE is another question

I left the women out because I have no idea where they are going with the women. I don't even think they know where they're going. Sasha definitely should be a heel champion going into WM though.
