Coli brehs/brehettes,

I've been able to put on a good amount of strength/muscle in the past few months thanks to some consistent dieting/lifting, but I feel myself getting too rigid. I don't wanna be muscular but have :flabbynsick: athleticism.

Your typical bodybuilding diet.

Breakfast: Oatmeal + Fruit and a Protein Shake
Lunch: Chicken or Fish and Brown Rice w/veggies
Post Workout: Protein Shake + Gummy Bears
Post Workout Meal/Dinner: Chicken or Fish and Brown Rice or Pasta w/veggies

Pretty typical of what I've eaten the past few months.

Breh...fukk if I know. I've been strong and pretty aesthetic for the longest and people ask me what the key is because I look like I'd know. I did football and track back in the day, fiddled with some gymnastics....

Did power yoga last night for the first time with a frail, cigarette-smoking female coworker thinking shyt would be an intro class for beginners.

These broads were fukking breakdancing, breh. Felt like the teacher was making an example out of me. Pulled the foam blocks out on me. I felt weeeeak and I'd made the horrible decision of working legs the day before so I was STRUGGLING.

So I guess the answer is to keep shyt balanced. Power, cardio, core, flexibility. Don't neglect shyt and you'll be alright.

Go against the grain. Train for speed, flexibility, power, agility. For years I did and nfl safety workout and it kept me straight

you don't need to change anything just eat more...People make this fitness stuff harder than it really is calories in vs calories out and increasing strength/endurance
