Unless it's completely 50/50, someone is paying support to the parent who has the child the most. Or in cases where there's a discrepancy in lifestyle, to ensure that the child has access to a similar lifestyle at both houses. (At least that's my understanding as I don't have children)

Anyway, I have a feeling we won't agree on this which is cool.
