Ill be doing a fried version also. If I was to thicken it, I'd probably use flour instead of cornstarch. In this recipe, the sauce thickens as it cools down due to the honey. But mine was still hot in this videolooks nice. im more of a deep fried wings guy personally. 425 is a little hot. when i bake i do em at 350 for a lil longer each side. should throw a lil cornstarch in that sauce to thicken it up, too. otherwise looks delicious!
