The only thing it will cost you is a delivery cost/charge of $2.68 (so, technically it's not free), but real talk, you don't have to pay them. If you don't have it, they won't stress you for it.

- Call Papa Johns. When the clerk answers the phone, simply say "I ordered pizza from you guys and the order got messed up. I talked to one of the managers and they said I could get it remade or I could redeem a credit they gave me."
- The clerk will then ask you what your telephone number is, what the order was, when the order was made (make sure to put within a time frame of 3 weeks to 2 months, anything too soon or too late is suspicious), and your adress. Make sure you have what you type of food/pizza you want ready beforehand, otherwise the clerk will assume your making stuff up as you go along and will hang up on you.
- More than likely, they'll say that they don't see your order on their list and will ask to hear what it is again. Say what you "ordered" (ie what you want). Then say "I someone about my order and they said I could get another order remade or I could redeem a store credit". If you can, create confusion on their end by telling them "what", "could you repeat that again", or "I couldn't hear you" to make the clerk a bit more worried/concerned/shook
- and that clerk will more than likely transfer the phone over to the manager. Repeat what you said in the first part "I ordered pizza from you guys and the order got messed up. I talked to one of the managers and they said I could get it remade or I could redeem a credit they gave me."
