Do y'all split the tips when you serve/sell alcohol?

Do you get shook when you hear about crashes overseas because there's not much flight attendants can do?

How motivated are you to bag chicks in cities you fly in, or do you just wanna rest/chill at the hotel?

How's the pay/benefits and chances to advance your career?
