How the hell do you get rid of these notifications on the Note 5?

I have a Note 5 and I always get these notifications that are based on my location.

Like, if I'm at McDonalds, this notification will pop up and ask to show me the McDonalds menu or some shyt.

Its a good notification but I just dont use it. Not to mention, sometimes, it isn't accurate.

Like, if I'm at home for example, it will show me a unrelated notification.

Do yall know what I'm talking about? How do you get rid of it?

And yeah, it still happens even with my location/gps being off.

Bring a goat to Koreatown in your city and sacrifice it.

I think it's part of Google Now. You can probably turn it off in the settings when you open the search
I only get em when I turn GPS on or had it on shortly before though.
