The whole student loan system in this country is an absolute joke. It benefited generations beforehand when Bachelor's Degree were worth 10x more than they are now, but right now if you go to a 4 year university you might be looking at 80-100K plus interest. I wish I was this wise when I was in college...there is no way I would have rushed to finish only to accumulate more debt after being done with community college.
The whole economics of this shyt is completely out of whack and the people in office can't seemingly figure this shyt out? They are literally burying a generation one student loan at a time and crumbling the economy.
I know people that owe 80-100K...That's a goddamn house PAID

Honestly I don't even think graduates would even care about student loans, if most graduates were able to land decent jobs...The whole student loan system in this country is an absolute joke. The problem is fairly complex, with tons of blame to go around, ranging from partisan cats in the Senates, to for profit universities which completely scam individuals(mainly poor) and leave them with absolutely no job prospects.
shyt really opened my eyes, when I noticed this same crap is going in China. It's really a grimey business...
