I do mine once a week during the weekend but what i learned with a cheat day is not to go too overboard. i used to eat whatever i wanted all day and it was pretty epic but thats a great way to set yourself back
now for each meal, usually 3, i will eat what i want but not go too crazy just enough to suit my needs. usually a nice breakfast with pancakes, lunch at burger king or a huge sub and for dinner a huge pizza or pasta dish
the last 2 months ive been eating 1500-1800 calories a day with minimal carbs so i need the refeed.
