So even after stretching for 10 minutes my lower back still tightens up doing squats even with light weights. Does this mean it's time to deload? How long should it last? And could I still run?
Aint you the dude who posted heavy squat vids? I saw your form, probably cuz you're doing a good morning type movement to lock out the rep. I have the same problem when I squat heavy and I feel it in my back too then. Gotta keep your chest up through the whole lift.
