I never took a week off on purpose but read that it is recommended every now and then for the body to recoup ... any of y'all do it? like not deload, but stop lifting in general for a week?
Week off? I barley take a day off.
Generally though only time I take off is if I get sick
I dont take a week off. But ill take a week and do nothing but calistenics,running and swimming. i wont touch any weights that week. Come back after that week and be feeling strong as shyt!
