If you stop going to the gym at what point do you see significant decreases in strength? I am thinking three weeks and you would see a pretty noticeable difference.

i can still max bench 250 after not going to the gym for a year, actually happened during the year 2011, never went to the gym, came back in 2012 and was still doing big boy weights
