How much time until you loose strength

If you stop going to the gym at what point do you see significant decreases in strength? I am thinking three weeks and you would see a pretty noticeable difference.

It's not significant but after a week, number across the board goes down a bit or I can't finish my set:manny:

On the bright side, body feels better and sometimes my muscles get bigger when I take a day or two off:pachaha:

i can still max bench 250 after not going to the gym for a year, actually happened during the year 2011, never went to the gym, came back in 2012 and was still doing big boy weights :heh:

On a side note I took 8 months off the gym and i went from benching 225 to struggling with 165! I've only been back in the gym for a week and 2 days though so let's hope muscle memory kicks in soon! :sadcam:

normally ppl lose muscle after 2 weeks without resistance training

for me its like 10days without weights. i lose 5-10lbs of my numbers
