How much notice should I give my employer for a vacation?

It's a month at my job. 2 weeks for personal days. Like who the fukk know they gonna have personal issues 2 weeks in advance

Depends how long you asked off for. If it's a week, then a month is a good amount of notice, but if you're taking like 5 days off and gave them a two weeks heads up, then that ain't the Nikka treatment, thats a nikka not following protocol.
