Right now im cutting, and im at about 70 bucks a week. Comes out to $10 a day and this lets me eat about 8 oz of salmon and 1 lb of 93/7 ground turkey. Along with watermelon, rice, broccoli.

Is this too much? How much are yall spending?

For me it's closer to $25-40 per day I think.

No breakfast
Lunch- $4-10 depending on if I cook or go out
Daily supplements (100g whey = $6, fiber = $1-2, creatine = ~$1?, vitamin = $0.1)- ~$10
Dinner- $5-15
Random shyt (tea, snacks)- $2-5

Thinking more about it if yall are getting ~200g/day of protein I feel like you guys are under estimating. Protein is expensive AF

Most people consume way more protein, then is necessary to sustain muscle growth....
But with milk, yogurt, oatmeal and fish I cover my daily dosage of protein like nothing...

If I'm eating more carbs I can spend less but that protein ain't no joke.

Especially if I'm counting macros:snoop:

Buy carbs in bulk (beans and rice 25lb bags each) as needed.

hit up the store for meat and veggies every few weeks. Usually 85-100 bucks

Keep a 5lbs tub of whey on deck.

Simple life.
