The company has a net worth of $6B. Cokeboy owns around 40% of the company, which is a majority share. To buy out his stock, you'd have to pay upwards of ~$2.4B. But I would guess you could buy him out for less than that.

This. To add on, whoever buys it is going to sell at a loss. Instead of it being it's own entity, it'll be a department of whatever company buys it and over time there's going to be less and less true industry experienced guys running that department. They'd be able to monetize the catalogs but not having someone like Vince who's entire world is wrestling is going to do more harm to the product.

It’d be well over $1 bn. I don’t know how the McMahon Family class b shares would convert in an acquisition, but free float market cap alone is $2.2bn. Assume a 20% premium to market cap and ~45% ownership by Vince (last time I checked this was his equity %) and Vince walks away with $1.2 bn, not withstanding anything funky with how his family shares are calculated. If the class b shares are additive to outstanding shares, you can more or less double the amount of money Vince walks away with.
