How much do you think he would care if his post WWE career had gone much better?
The event itself was bad, but it seems like alot of bitterness would stem from it being a turning point in his life. Like, it was all downhill after that.
But assuming WCW had decent writing, and he had a monster run in WCW, no injury and retired with his head held high, would he be *so* bitter about it still?

I wish all these internet marks stopped calling him 'bitter' so he could continue with his podcast.
If u think about it, anyone criticizing the modern product that used to work in the biz gets called 'bitter' by these neckbeard marks. The show is just trash and people giving their honest opinions gets hated on.

I don't think he thinks about it as much as people think he does. Everyone always asks him about it and he just answers. One thing about Bret is he says what's on his mind and doesn't care what people say. If he likes something he'll give it props and he doesn't he'll say it.
You notice how a lot of guys leave the company and talk shyt about the company, Triple H, etc. but once they get that legends deal or whatever they stop talking shyt? Bret got the legends deal and is cool with Vince but that doesn't stop him from shytting on WWE stuff he doesn't like or people he doesn't like (Triple H).
