How many times do you experience racism in one day?

Every time I get rejected because I'm black so 1-5 times a day innit

I found a toy roach on the floor of my desk this morning. I'm pretty sure my boss harbors contempt for me, as some "lazy" negro. I can hardly do anything write, and when I do, it's some small, meaningless task like sending an email or making a flyer and I get patronized... pretty sure I'm getting fired this month too. I'm in a horrible position right now though and I need this job for other shyt I'm trying to accomplish so it's hard to just 'find a new job'.
