How many presents do you normall give your s/o for her bday and Xmas

I usually go with 2, a bigger/more expensive gift and then a smaller gift. When I mean more expensive Im talking the $100-$200 range and they smaller gift is usually no more than $50 and of course a bday card

I mean I didn't buy this for a lover but I bought this for my aunts bday,
It's a chocolate from California called "sees", she said they were amazing and I'm gonna buy my mom and sis some for Christmas,
The cheapest is like $20 for a box with $15 S&H
