How many of you brehs were following the AJ Armstrong case out of Houston? He was found guilty in his 3rd trial.

Long story short, the kid was accused of killing his parents 7 years ago and after 2 hung juries, was found guilty and sentenced to life during the 3rd trial. Those who followed the case, did you think he was guilty, innocent or were you undecided?

He dropped out of school and his parents funded him. Someone affiliated with him did it and he was framed for it. He was most likely hanging out with bad people or someone close to his girlfriend.

He's rich, he's black, he's in Texas. Story sounds mad fishy. R.I.P. to his parents. Hope they catch the killer.

His family believes him and are supporting him, including his grandparents. That says alot to me.

I remember being SHOCKED when I first heard about this and I did some preliminary research during that time and my thoughts were he didn’t do it. It takes a LOT for a 16 year old to murder both parents who weren’t physically or sexually abusive towards them. Also the fact that his DNA wasn’t found on either the note left behind or the murder weapon was also a big thing, unless he’s an actual sociopath its the rare teenager whose going to take the time to make sure no prints are found on the two pieces of key evidence.


Its a sad sad tragedy overall and I wish the surviving members of that family one day find a modicum of peace and closure
