My mother-in-law's boyfriend came over one day and we're chilling. He pulls one out and starts telling me about. So I'm like "yeah I heard of it but I don't fukk with all that". I don't need a second investment property. I diversify my investments. My homestead property in FL and the one in PA is enough... (check my post history, fakkit). I would like a pool in the homestead but our HOA ain't going for it.
