It's not weed. It's a whole ritualistic cleanse.
Over hyped? It's not a party aid breh...
You can't over hyped the experience it's individual and predicated on your own lived experience. Do this for the right reasons. Not just to trip. These types of rituals are part of Indigenous cultures. If you came from Africa regardless of the region our ancestors all had them and did them with purpose.
We have cleanses for the body and mind.
