Last few months, Ive been binge watching videos of people converting school buses and sprinter vans into livable homes; equiped with showers, kitchens and multiple bedrooms :whoo:. Some even had dishwashers and washer and dryer installed

Seems like people on the west coast has been on the wave for a minute. An ideal situation for me, if I was a bachelor with no kid, would be to get one and live on Hawaii or the Caribbean and live near the beach. :win: I'd buy me a lot and grow a garden, then go fishing.

Would be a decent alternative instead of paying off 400k on a home over 30 years :mjcry:

Hell I may consider it as I get older or when my son(3) goes to college

When I moved to San francisco I lived out of my volkswagon past for over a year. Washed at the gym so I would do this in a heart beat

Edit: I'm about to start researching this for financial purposes
I moved to Florida and lived in my Honda element for 8 months. Made a thread on it here. Saved up 3k bc all I had to pay was my phone and car insurance.

I'd do it again but only if I had money saved up and was traveling. It's a lot more fun than people think.

Breh...
8 months= 32 weeks
$3000 ÷ 32 weeks = $93.75
Couldn't imagine sleeping in a van to save less than $100 a week
But to each their own
You a better man than me

Think he was referring to that low amount saved when u had virtually no bills

You gotta realize you use more gas, getting gallons of water, entertainment on off days, toiletries more often and no refrigeration so things normal people buy weekly you buy almost daily. Like I said it's not all gravy. I didn't really have a choice but to live in my car like most people that do. Im just grateful for the experience

think you are white, brehhipsters :dahell:

:what:brehs need to stop thinking like this post, you are limiting and you hold other people back with this mentality. I'd cut you off as a friend if I knew you.

I'd recommend a mobile/manufactured(home made in a factory) home for brehs on a budget who want to live comfortable but on a very tight budget. For you brehs going through a rough patch this helps save money.
