1 sony mdr xb300 , great sound , not very accurate but perfect to test trap beats or heavy bass music . They cost around 100$
2. sennheiser hd 360 pro . accurate , light . Dope design . Will use em somethime will mixing . they cost around 100-150 $
3 . Shure srh 840 , just bought them this week end so im still testing them . So far they confortable . Heavy . Great sound and accurate i think . Not to bassy bust just enough and great balance of mid and high . Will use em for mixing mostly These cost around 200-300 $ .
I heard good thing about audio technica but the guy at the guitar store told me they were not very accurate for mixing , he suggest me to go with the shure headphone instead . He was recommending me sennheiser 600 but they were over 400 $ which is little bit to much for headphone to me since i already have 1500k $ studio monitors but if i had the money i would have take the 600 . Beyer dynamic is dope also no doubt . Sony , beyerdymacis and sennheiser are def 3 brand i recommend . Make sure you get some for mixing if you get one of these cause they also make some for listening music only My 360 pro and mdr xb300 are design for listening music but not impossible to mix with them . Just not recommended .
Hope it help
Ps : try to stay away from beats by dree for mixing and mastering . They will do the job for making beats but make sure you use the proper gears for the final mix and mastering .
