Not Hating, Just asking if you were an up and coming artist would you even bother signing to them knowing that you have a 20% chance of ever releasing a studio album.
All the great labels start feeling themselves when they are on top and neither have the ability or desire to truly market and manage ALL of their talent.




I'm not sure how much longer Gudda Gudda and Jae Millz can touring North Carolina and Nebraska performing their verses off of Bedrock..

A great deal of them won't...then again, the majority of artists that end up signing a deal don't actually end up releasing an album...kinda the way the music business is...just nobody seems to care when Def Jam signs random artists like Unladylike, Lil Niqo, K'La, Miranda Brookes, etc. that are never heard of again and eventually dropped...a record deal is not a guarantee of an album release
