I mean at this point it's just sad...
When will he accept that he's got that 50+ year sentence and that his rap career is over with?

When he first went in he said he'd be home by summer...

His last appeal got shot down...
Now he's optimistic about the next appeal that could take 18 months to process...

Now he's hoping for a petition with 4 million signatures to help him get released...


I bet French Montana don't even answer his calls anymore because French tired of Max asking him for guap to help wit the appeal...

Shyne accepted his sentence...
Max B needs to do the same...
