40 plus years old and its taking me 40 plus years to even get a nickel of that
math seems flawed asf. How they figure this up ?

Making a mil is easy if your willing to do the work and live humbly.
Work 2 jobs, put all your belongings in storage and rent a room or office.
After 90 days you got all the income from the 2nd job set aside, plus since your living expenses are so low you got a few hundred from your primary job as well.
You can either use that to put a down payment ON YOUR OWN house and start renting the rooms out, essentially living for free
Or if you pursuing the business route,
Half the struggle of starting a business is procuring Equipment or having the means to contract labor, with 5k plus on hand that's enuff to at least bring in a part time income and have the 5k pay itself off in the next 90 days. By the end of the year you can quit the 2nd job.
