How Long does it Take a Movie to get the Bushes before it's Over?

I was watching Dunkirk and tapped out at around 45 minutes. So disappointed in this flick.

What's your time limit?

I actually rarely give up on movies (I LIVE for giving shyt films very detailed, scathing reviews on IMDb and the like) but when I DO it's around the 45min mark. At that point most people know whether they love, hate or are indifferent to a movie imo.

I agree with the 45 minute mark...thats more than enough time for something interesting or engaging to happen. if i give 0 fukks about anyone at that point i am gonna delete that shyt from my mental history....

I'll shut a movie off after like 25 minutes if i just cant look at the actors anymore..

I used to hate this too, but with the internet it's like two clicks and you're no longer left in the dark. I mean...Wikipedia usually has pretty detailed summaries. I've given too many movies a chance after wanting to quit and getting to the end and realizing they were just as bad as I thought to waste any more time.

If it's something I'm watching at home I'll give it about 30 minutes. If I go to the theater I wait it out to the end, since I paid the money and took the time to drive out there. Though Date Movie and Skyline pushed me to the limit.
