I was scrolling social media and heard a clip talking about how 18 - 25 are critical years in a young man's life. It was interesting to hear because this logic is something I started to appreciate as I have gotten older. The rational is those years will set the tone for their 30s and eventually the rest of their lives. There are always exceptions, but I see this on a regular.

- Young people who don't take those years seriously tend to work dead end jobs in their late 20's and 30s and it doesn't change as time goes on. In addition, their confidence eventually decreases on doing what they really want to do.
- Meanwhile, young people who get a degree, certification, training, and/or start a business early tend to be more financially stable and also have families.
