What if black folks worked/infiltrated a local police force en masse in a majority black community like ferguson? Then they could police their own communities. Could be a dope idea

Anyway to answer the thread question, I think hard due to internal politics especially within the judicial system. Pretty much no chance there.

It wouldn't matter how disciplined you are, all of that shyt is politics just like anything else and you need other people in power backing you to make any moves even if a conscious breh / brehette was to slip through the cracks and make it to a position of power. It would have to be done wide scale on an extremely strategic level to have any effect. Cacs aint giving up their positions like that but that doesn't mean we shouldn't be attempting to do something.
