How exactly did 808s and Heartbreaks influence the game?

T- Pain influenced who did 808's and then everybody and they mama wanted to use auto tune.

That album is cool on it's own artistic merit but I don't like the influence it (really T-Pain) had on Hip Hop.

It's cool when 1 or 2 people are doing something but the minute it becomes a trend it's wack.

Ye was able to pull it but it became wack and redundant when everybody and their mama tried to make that auto tune emo music

And the real influence for that album came from T-Pain. Ye needs to thank his ass for the influence. lmao

Fish for daps, brehs.
shyt's flagrant.

here's Lil Uzi rapping over RoboCop like a month ago
Not that lil uzi's great, but it's stupid to deny the album had an influence. Brehs are bringing up beats from that album 8 years after it was released and that was just the beat, had nothing to do with autotune.
