I'm a little embarrassed that I haven't figured this out yet. The soap doesn't stay on my hands for more than 5 seconds in the water. So I'm constantly putting more and more soap on my hands. I'm running out of soap. Help!

By the time you work the soap from front to back of the hands between finger under nails, the 20-30 second isn't that hard to accomplish.
The real issue is a lot of people weren't washing their hands at all.
