I think this is one of the best NXT rosters. The matches have never been better and all the Takeovers this year have been excellant, but forreal though, I think a lot of the talent will struggle heavily on the main roster, more than even usual.
Hard to see Ciamba not being lost in the shuffle and being booked as a joke within weeks.
Gargano...i dunno. He could've had a Bryan style babyface run with the right booking, but this heel/tweener shyt he's been on has kinda hurt his momentum for me. He might wind up being 205 status
Velveteen....this is the interesting one. I feel like either Vince goes all in on him and straps a rocket to him or he's comedy jobber status. No middle ground. I don't think he should be called up for at least another year. He's still young and his work can still be a bit inconsistent. He needs to be built up slowly in NXT and eventually win the title Mania weekend.
Aleister Black. Again I think it's all or nothing with him. If they treat him serious from the beginning, then they got a star. But if the 50/50 book him and have him doing comedy shyt...it's a wrap. My feeling is his size is gonna have him jobbed out.
Ricochet. I think he's in trouble. Mic skills are bad and Vince will probably dumb down the move set and ship him to 205.
Undisputed Era....they'll be crazy over when they debut but I think Vince is gonna job them out quickly just to piss off the neckbeards. If he get's past Cole's size though, there's nothing stopping him being a big star for them. Apparently he's a fan of Roddie Strong as well.

Shayna...i think she'll do well. The Ronda connection is an obvious plus...they can either team up or feud. Either way is easy booking.
