I see these terms liberally tossed around on this website..........but rarely if ever do I see discussions on how to change them.

For instance let's take one of our own users, Chris. B, who hates black women and basically worships the ground white women walk on. Let's say he had a sudden honest change of heart and wanted to change his ways.

How would someone go about fixing him?

You have to address the problem(s) that produced the individual pathology. Without professional help, which is frowned upon in the BC, the pathology can be detrimental to one's mental health as well as manifest itself into self-destructive behavior.
