I can't imagine tripping over a fitness testI didn't need to "prepare" since I wasn't . Only cats that tripped over PT tests were the fat fukks or skinnyfat outta shape folks.
I meant more like the night prior, sleep amount or drinking something
The night prior hydrate yourself and make sure you get enough sleep at least 8 hours. If the workout is first thing in the morning. Stretch before you go in and stretch before the actual test. I used to eat that along with hard boiled eggs before I did 5K runs or Warrior Dash...no problems
Plus all that "fiber" would have me shytting mid-run.

The only thing I use to avoid on those days was drink coffee. That got my stomach goingEggs don't affect me.
You also prolly eat less bullshyt than I do so ofc you're not gonna have any problems, OG.
