I have this weird shyt where I can't sleep for more than 6 hours without having to go peee.
Weird thing is, it's only like that after 12am or so.
If I fall asleep at like 10:30 i can sleep well.
But then I get hungry as hell, the later the day goes on
So often times I have to drink milk or eat peanut butter and shyt literally minutes before sleeping.
And it's tough because I'm trying to lose weight so I cant be consuming an extra 200 ish calories like that, especially late night.
And even when I don't lose weight, it's vrry easy for me to all of a sudden feel awake again.
I need help brehs
