How do you guys haggle a car dealer?

What's the lowest any of you ever haggled a car dealer to drop the price on a car? (new or used) no financing, purchased outright.

30% off advertised? 50% off? 75?

How do you guys go about doing so? I ain't about that life

Depending on the MSRP of the vehicle a 10-15% discount off the price is fair maybe a bit more based on the rebates. Buying cash is not as attractive as it used to be unless you are buying a car more tha 40,000 dollars. Many manufacturers have rebates between 2000-4000 dollars if you finance. So you may want to go 36 months put a large amount down and finance as little interest as possible. Also try to haggle down extra fees which are bs and built for dealer profit. Don't be unreasonable though, don't expect to pay 15k for a 22k vehicle. Also try to buy at the end of the model year, I got a 2013 Kia Optima SX, that retails for 32k for about 27,500 after rebates.
