How do you get that punch sine sub trap bass like mr carmack or rl grime kaytranda

Is anybody familiar with this? In particular for reason

I can't say for sure, but I ran some of carmacks stuff thru a frequency analyzer and it looks way different than your typical rap records. A lot of low end, might have to do with the fact that there's no main vocal in most of their work.
