So I started doing kickboxing today.

But I feel so refreshed!! Maybe its because I literally poured out sweat. I'm thinking of maybe doing it twice a day, 4 times a week.
So my question. I was starving after the workout, and the first place I saw was a pizza spot, and got a slice. I felt so ashamed afterwards.
I know I need plenty of protein, but how should I eat? Should I start doin that eat every 3 hours thing? Should I eat big after a workout, and then just have a salad for dinner? Before the workout? Unfortunately the class doesn't come with a eating plan.
